Description

Directions on use:

1. Start by pouring the water at room temperature into the base and filling it up to the level of the safety valve.

Do not fill it over this level. Test level by putting empty funel in and if it has water in it throw the excess water out.
2. Choose your preferred ground coffee. Must ensure that the coffee is specifically ground for a Moka pot and not too fine. Fill to the Moka pot's funnel to the top and level off, without pressing down the coffee.
3. Set the heat to low to medium. If using gas stove avoid the fire touching the handle.

When the coffee has completely risen into the top chamber, turn off the heat. Do not over heat or prolong the heating of the coffee once extracted as it will lead to burning the coffee flavour and could burn the pot.

Enjoy the coffee as soon as possible at a drinkable temerature.

4. Do not place the pot empty of water on the stove.
