Shipping and Delivery:
We at Euroespresso Machine Co. Pty Ltd use Australia Post and various other couriers to deliver your items in Australia and worldwide.
All Items will be shipped after payment has been received and cleared.
Should you wish to make payment via electronic funds transfer, we request a bank receipt is emailed to us to advise us of your payment so we can commence processing your order. Once funds are cleared into our account, your order will then be dispatched. This usually takes about 2 to 3 business days
We will advise you via email when your order has been dispatched.
All items are sent with a tracking number.
If you are paying via credit card or are a new customer, Visa and MasterCard have 3D Secure. This is a verification process with our payment gateway Stripe to ensure you are advised that a purchase is made with your card.
Once payment is verified we will dispatch your order within in 1 to 2 working days subject to stock availability.
We may also request further ID to ensure the card owner is verified before accepting payment. This may hold up the delivery.
We will endeavour to give you the best shipping rates from our end; However Euroespresso Machine Co. Pty Ltd has paid all duties and sales tax to receive stock in Australia. If you are a customer in another country and request shipment overseas, we are not responsible for any overseas transaction fees and additional customs charges that a customer outside of Australia may incur.
Coffee Machines and grinders:
All coffee machines and grinders are sent person to person and are sent with travel insurance to ensure peace of mind in the unlikely event that possible damage or loss may occur.
If you have any special instructions for delivery we would appreciate that you advise us on the shopping cart page or contact us so that we can advise the courier company to accommodate your needs and schedule. We may contact you for more details to ensure a safe delivery.
If in the event that you are not home and there is a need for redelivary there may be a fee charged by the courier and the customer will incurr this fee.
However if you are not home and we are sending your goods by Australia post they will advise you to pick up your goods from the post office. You will need adequate ID to receive it.
All machines are thoroughly checked prior to sending and are well packed with padding to avoid damage in transit. However, in the unfortunate event that your machine or grinder arrives damaged, we request that you contact us immediately within 7 days of it’s arrival at email@example.com or call +612 9560 7000 to discuss a resolution.
Any coffee orders placed before 2pm AEST will be dispatched on the same working day, with Australia Post. All courier bookings require orders to be placed before 10am Monday to Friday otherwise they will be shipped the next business day.
During checkout you will be able to select between standard and express delivery, however quoted delivery timeframes are indicative only.
