Description
The pressure guage on top of the specially made piston helps to identify the profile of coffee granules in the coffee basket to assess the quality of coffee and quantity based on the pressure during the extraction process. The lever has a stronger casing than the standard levers on traditional Professional and Europiccola models and specially made to adapt to the gauge. This can also be applied to the Stradivari models however the levers must be changed.
