It has a complex taste with a full bodied, exotically spiced flavour. It's acidity is medium, with an overall earthiness & hints of bittersweet dark cocoa. A delightful and well balanced coffee, also great with milk.
Description
Yemen has a long heritage and history with it’s own unique coffee. However, it has had to endure ongoing government conflicts since 2005 which has caused some disruption to the industry. Once the country stabilises again and the coffee industry receives support and attention as before, Yemen will take it’s rightful place hopefully again in the coffee world.
