Description
The La Pavoni Diamante 2L has a copper boiler. The traditional lever group heads are made of forged chrome brass.
In addition to other features, the lever version of the Diamante series machines is also fitted with a double spring group that ensures the best coffee extraction. The pressure gauge on the group head also allows you to continuously monitor the pressure profile of your coffee extraction in order to vary the taste of the coffee as required.
