The new 2024 model La Pavoni Cellini Classic - LPSCCS01AU is a semi commercial coffee machine has a single boiler, heat exchange system and vibrating pump. An elegant classic, solid build with reliable performance, with the ability to produce powerful steam for milk while extracting coffee at the same time on demand. It is ideal for the passionate home barista or small office. Coffee is extracted easily with the side lever and has excellent steam and a hot water tap for tea. New improved features are magnetic tray and metal rail on the cup warmer.

Description
The La Pavoni Cellini Classic is a semi commercial coffee machine crafted with refined nickel plated brass E61 group head, AISI 304 stainless steel body and frame around the top for warming cups. Also equipped with a copper and insulated boiler.
The insulated steam wand is safe to touch and easy to clean. Both the steam wand and the hot water outlet swivel, allowing
you to adjust for comfort while texturing milk.
It has a single gauge to check pump pressure on the group head to help control the correct brewing extraction process.
Also a gauge on the bottom left hand side to indicate boiler pressure.
Features ULKA vibrating pump and MATER pressostat.
BREWING PRESSURE PROFILING CONTROL
The additional pressure gauge set on the group, allows you to read the brewing pressure profiling of the espresso. Thanks to this indicator the barista can verify the exact grind, pressing and dose of the coffee in the filter.
If the brewing pressure is lower than the pump calibration (9 bar is the company setting), it means that the grinding is coarse, or the coffee is not pressed correctly, or the dose is not enough.
